Session II of 'Journee de Reflexion' (restricted to EPS and UPS Representatives and Representatives of EPS Member Societies from neighbouring states of Ukraine, plus Observers)
9:00-10:30 Discussion of Possible Activities (Chair: Martin C.E. Huber)
Based on the presentations and the discussions in session I, Fritz Wagner, David Lee, Peter Melville, Maciej Kolwas
will present one proposal each in a time slot of 20 minutes, consisting of:
- 2 min presentation of proposal,
- 10 minutes plenary discussion,
- 3 min summary: the presenter shows the draft version of the proposal
- 5 min clarifications and the presenter shows the final version of the proposal
Each proposal shall take the form of a couple of sentences.
[The resulting proposals will then be submitted to the Executive Committee meeting (11.00-13.00 hrs), and the Executive Committee can then decide on whether to accept, modify or refuse the proposals, and how to implement them.]
