The Ukraine and the European Union will endorse the text of the Agreement on Readmission and Visa Facilitation at the Ukraine-EU Summit in Helsinki (Finland) on October 27.

This was reported by the press-service of the office of the European Commission in Ukraine with reference to the meeting of Justice and Home Affairs Ministers of Ukraine and representatives of the EU Troika on October 4 in Luxembourg.

According to the report, the parties expressed their satisfaction with the significant progress of the talks on Readmission and Visa Facilitation Agreements.

"It is planned that the texts of the agreements will be initialed at the Ukraine-EU summit on October 27", the report states.

It should be reminded that the draft Visa Facilitation Treaty was endorsed in the course of the negotiations between the Ukraine and European Commission on July 20, in Brussels (Belgium).
