Because of the number of negative comments posted to various travel Bulletin Boards and media reports about the unreliability of private service providers in Ukraine. I was somewhat skeptical about ordering a service. You picked up my fiancee at the train station in Kiev and brought her to the apartment, then picked me up at the airport. We later went to Zaporozh'ye for a few days and when I returned by myself to Kiev very early Sunday morning your driver met me not at the train station but at my train car!!!! Later that day I checked into my apartment and my
driver picked me up again very early to go to the airport. Should I return to Kiev or refer someone, I shall tell them that UA Apartments are the only way to go!!! I wish I had known about your apartments in Zaporozh'ye.

"Normally I do not endorse any services. Ukraine Apartments is the exception. I give them my highest recommendation. The flats are very nice, exacty as pictured, and in the best area of Kiev. Dimitri and Vladimir are prompt, professional, courteous, and honest. You can always reach them either by the office phone, or their mobile phones. I have referred friends and I am most importantly using them a second time. I also recommend their transfer service. When my train arrived from Kherson they were waiting for me when the door to the train car opened to help me with my luggage! This is service you will not find anywhere else! The driver has a large BMW and is always early. Consequently I was never late to the airport or the train station! If you travel is in the Ukraine and you need an apartment do not hesitate to use Ukraine Apartments!"

I was in Kiev for the first time in the February, 2004 and i contacted Ukraine Apartments team to get an apartment for me. Their manager shown me all of possible apartments within my budget online using MSN messenger, then i booked and paid the deposit online with my credit card and was prepared for anything when i come to airport.
But everything was just like they told me in the email - their driver was there with the table in his hands and transported me to the apartment which was very clean and bright!
Anyway - just wanted to say THANK YOU, GUYS! I will definitely stay with you again next time - i'm thinking of coming in May. I'll let you know as soon as i know my dates."
