Car hire with a driver www.inLviv.info will gladly provide the car hire with
a driver for those customers who either do not want to or can not drive. All our drivers are high professionals and perfectly know Lviv and the suburbs.
Rates The rates include full technical maintenance of the vehicle, insurance using KASKO system, civil responsibility towards third persons, VAT, but do not include fuel. The 24-hour rate is valid within 24 hours from the hire time begin. In case the actual hire time exceeds 24 hours and 59 minutes, the next day is considered as a full hire day and is to be paid for at a full 24-hour rate. Ask about long-term hire conditions if you are likely to hire the car for a longer time (it is possible to be cheaper).
Customer's responsibility In case of car damages or car or its parts loss as well as in case of fire, pane damages or steal, the customer assumes full responsibility even if not guilty. The Customer bears full responsibility for any violations, committed by him during the car hire term.
Responsibility limitation by damages (CDW) CDW – is not an insurance, but a responsibility limitation of the Customer in case of car damage as a result of accident or other incident. The limit of the Customer's responsibility for car damage will not exceed the fixed sum of 500 EURO including VAT for the following car groups: A, D,
V even in case of very serious damage, except some cases, which are not included in the insurance contract (for instance, accidents because of alcoholic or drugs intoxication of the driver). The
described service is imperative and can not be turned down.
Equipment During the winter all the cars are equipped with winter tire-covers.
Actions to be taken by accident You should always dial the police in case of:
car accident or breakdown
having damaged the third persons
suspecting steal of the vehicle or its parts
You should inform us as soon as possible about any accident or car breakdown, but not later than 24 hours after it.
