Specialties

Specialists of the following specialties are being trained on the faculty: "Milk technologies", "Meat technologies". Specialists' qualification is processing engineer.

The following scientific degrees can be obtained: Bachelor, Master.

 About the Faculty

Faculty's graduates are familiar with the newest technologies of the food industry, its actual problems, sources of raw materials, up-to-date packing and its design.

There are four chairs on the faculty, they are:
the chair of meat and meat products technologies;
the chair of milk and milk products technologies;
the chair of vital functioning safety;
the chair of chemistry.

The faculty has its own academic building, scientific laboratories, conference hall and Internet computer study.
The students' practical training and some of the classes are conducted at the plants of meat and milk industry under the direction of production leading specialists.

There is a separate hostel for nonresident students and aspirants where they can stay for their training period. The payment is US$15 per month.

Terms of studying

Terms of studying:
Bachelor training - 4 years;
Master training - 5 years.
The tuition is US$1000 per one academic year.
